Davide Berra founded Pharus Management SA in 1998 and has been its president and director ever since. In 2002 he expanded his business by establishing Pharus SICAV together with Davide Pasquali. He is the president of Pharus Holding and, in 2012, took on the office of president of Pharus Management Lux SA.

Davide Pasquali joined Pharus Management SA in 1999. Since July 2007 he works as vice president and director. He has been the president of Pharus SICAV since it was established in 2002, he is the director of Pharus Management Lux SA, again since it was established in 2012, and since October 2012 he has been the president of Multi Stars SICAV.

Before joining Pharus Management Lux SA to assume the function of General Manager since its incorporation in 2012, Lidia Palumbo worked for over 20 years with reputed audit firm and international banks in Luxembourg. Graduate of the University of Nancy in business law, she assumes for over 10 years directorships in various Luxembourg investment funds. As from June 2016, Lidia Palumbo joined the board of directors of the company as Chief Executive Officer.

Before joining the Investment Management team of Pharus Management Lux SA in April 2016, Francoise Gozzo was the Risk Manager of Lux Gest Asset Management (Intesa Sanpaolo Group). Prior to that, she worked as an asset manager for SEB (Intesa Sanpaolo Group). She holds a Master Degree in Economics from Université Catholique de Louvain la Neuve (Belgium) and a Master Degree in Financial Risk Management from University of Liège (HEC).

Martin Rausch started his career as Expert in Fund Legal Structuring / Luxembourg Legal & Regulatory Compliance in Luxembourg 16 years ago, working at J.P. Morgan Fleming Asset Management, SEB & UBS, joining Pharus Management Lux SA in Jan 2014. He graduated in May 2000 as a fully trained German lawyer & junior judge, Barrister & Solicitor/ Second Juridical State-/ Bar Exam. Martin’s key capabilities are the expertise in regulatory changes under UCITS & AIFMD. He is thoroughly acquainted with the legal set up, regulatory authorisation, domiciliation & administration of all kinds of Luxembourg Investment Funds.
