Our group

Pharus Group was born in 1998 with Pharus Management SA, a Swiss asset management company, initially specialised in the management of private clients, in 2007 was one of the first companies authorised by FINMA, in accordance with the CISA, to manage collective capital investments. Conscious of the important role of the Management Company, in the 2012 was founded Pharus Management Lux SA, a Luxembourg management company, authorised by the CSSF to manage UCITS and, as AIFM, alternative funds and hedge funds.

Pharus Holding founded by the Berra family, private bankers with thirty years' experience in the investment management sector, parent company of Pharus Management SA and Pharus Management Lux SA.

Pharus Management Lux SA

Starting from July 2012 Pharus Management Lux SA is authorized by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (“CSSF”) to manage Undertaking Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (“UCITS”). Since July 2014, Pharus Management Lux SA is licensed to act as an Alternative Investment Fund Manager (“AIFM”) authorized to manage Alternative Investment Funds (“AIF”) such as Hedge Funds, Equity Funds and Fixed Income Funds. Pharus Management Lux SA is member of the Association Luxembourgeoise des Fonds d’Investissement (“ALFI").
